Fishery Rules

• Fly Fishing Only
• No alcohol
• Only 1 rod in use at a time
• No flickers or boobies
• No dogs
• Fishing only from numbered platforms or from dam
• Please put all litter in bins provided
• Use only the fishery nets provided
• Always weigh in and fill in return
• All Brown Trout and Golden Trout caught must be released
• All fish must be weighed in before going on to catch and release
• Only 1 child under 16 per adult and the child must be under constant supervision
• All double figure fish are to be released

Catch and Release Rules

• Barbless or de-barbed hooks only
• Minimum 6lb breaking strain
• Maximum 2 flies on a cast
• Fish must not be handled or removed from the water
• Fishery nets only
• If a fish is accidentally damaged do not return it. Contact a member of staff. No charge will be made

Anyone failing to adhere to these rules will be asked to leave the fishery
